Hi my nest 3rd gen was working then it was moved to a different wall and now not working? Help

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

Could you share with us a photo of your thermostat's wiring setup? Also, please ensure that a wire from the Y1 terminal is properly connected and that the tab is pressed down. If so, restart your thermostat to refresh it.
