Installed Nest, Fan Running but no cooling

Hi , upgrading my Sensi thermostat to Nest . After the install the air runs but cooling does not come on, Installing the Sensi back fixes the issue .

Currently the Sensi has the following setup

RC : Red Wire

O/B : Orange

Y : Yellow

G : Green

W/E : White

C: Blue

Nest Setup I put :

Red in R

Orange in OB

Yellow in Y

Green in G

White in W

Blue in C

Made sure all wires were snug but could not get fix the issue .

Any help is appreciated.

Could you please tell us the type of Nest Thermostat you have? Also, gather its power readings in the Technical Info for the Nest Learning Thermostat or the Nest Thermostat E and Equipment Settings for the Nest Thermostat 2020.
