Power Connector Troubleshooting issue

I’d had this nest thermostat for a while now and it would say no power from time to time. I finally got a power connector and installed it. I have 4 wires on my thermostat R, Y, G, W.
in my air handler there is R G T C C C.
the unit is working. But I’m getting the n262 error

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

Please check your Nest Thermostat's software version in its settings and make sure that it's up-to-date. Also, restart it by going to its settings and refreshing to make sure it's connected to the internet.
