Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. I'm sorry for the delay and for the trouble this has caused you. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Do you see any messages or codes in the app or on the actual thermostat? Also, is there an instance that you created a schedule for your thermostat?
