Wrong outside temperature

Hello,

I installed nest thermostat yesterday. Everything good except can’t get outside temperature right. It’s off by 20 degrees. I did reset hardware, reinstall apps. Check the address and zip code. Nothing works.

please advise.

Same issue here - Temp is off by 25-30 degrees. Going to return it and go with a different company more than likely.

The Nest Thermostat gets the outdoor temperature from the data published to Goggle Weather for your geographic area. If there is a temperature variance, it has to do with the data sources.
