Hi Rxfeet,

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. Based on your thermostat wiring, you have a conventional system and it's compatible with Nest Learning Thermostat and Nest Thermostat E. If you prefer to have a Nest Thermostat 2020 you will be needing to have a C wire or a Nest Power Connector. You can visit this support article for your reference.
