Are there conditions for when Airwave actually switches on the fan?

I have been running the Nest thermostat for my AC for several days but never see that the FAN actually gets turned on. Would there be activity events in Google Home?

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Let me take a look at this for you.

When you are using Airwave, the thermostat may decide to shut off the compressor but continue to run the fan until the refrigerant rises in temperature enough to require the compressor to activate again. Airwave can save a considerable amount of energy. You may check this article to learn more.
