Nest Thermostat will no longer connects to WiFi Network. Doesn't see any Networks.

The Thermostat is two months old and has been working perfectly. Now it won't connect to my WiFi Network and doesn't see any Networks.

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Let me take a look at this for you.

Can you help us with a rundown of the steps you took, if there are any? Also, a few questions: What type of Nest thermostat do you have? Is the thermostat display working? How far away is the thermostat from the router? And are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the thermostat?
