In case anyone is running into similar issues, here's my fix. I had a bad condensate pump and the safety shut down the cooling (only the fan was running). Replacing the condensate pump fixed the issue.

Have had the nest thermostat for 6 months. Heating worked fine with no problems We have been using cooling for the past few days with no issue from the thermostat. Suddenly yesterday I get N262 and no power, no Wi-Fi. Now I’m getting N260. I have a C connector wire. I recently cleaned the condensate pump. That is all I can think of that has changed yet I get this error. Any help would be appreciated
