      <title>W5 error no customer support.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our nest thermostat had been working flawlessly for &amp;gt;1year. It disconnected from our Wi-Fi in May 2023 and can’t be reconnected. Have done all rest steps to Wi-Fi and to thermostat. Nothing helps. I can’t find a way to contact customer support. To whom can I call, chat or email to get this resolved???&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello DaveP0953,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue reconnecting your Nest Thermostat back to your Wi-Fi network despite all the possible steps you've taken. We'd be happy to take a look at this for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please try going to your actual thermostat's Reset Settings &amp;gt; Account Connection &amp;gt; Reset to confirm.
