topic language problem in Nest Thermostats

during the nest set up the language changes from english to spanish...i do not speak spanish

how do i get the instructions in english so i can complete the install

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. Let me help you out. If you are still on the setup steps, try to force restart the Nest thermostat display, and you will have the option to select language again. Here’s how:

Press and hold the thermostat ring until the display turns off.
Release the thermostat ring.
Press the thermostat ring once to begin the startup process again.
Once you are in the setup steps. Select the first option, which should be Idioma (Spanish word for Language), then change to English US.
