Leave rush hour rewards program

I need to have the rush hour rewards program removed from my thermostats immediately. Despite the email stating that “you won’t notice a difference” and “you can override if you want” my house went up over 15° today and is over 80° inside despite me attempting to manually correct. I have a 3 week old and the fact that I can’t turn this feature off is legitimately a safety issue. I’ve already unenrolled with my energy provider (Dominion) but I need to make sure this feature is fully disabled (it’s still showing on my app and thermostats)

The best way to do that is to contact the Google Nest support team directly.

Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
Select "Thermostats", type a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
Click "Other", then click "Next step" until you see the contact options.
Choose to get a call or call or chat with the team as available in your country.
