Is the Google Nest (model GA01334-US) compatible with the Trane XR724 thermostat? We have a heat pump on out outdoor unit as well. Does that make a difference?

Thanks for reaching out. Most 24 V heating and cooling systems are compatible with Nest thermostats. I'd like to check it further. Could you please share with us the photo of the wires that are connected to your thermostat? It will help us to configure your wires properly.
