Nest thermostat can’t connect to WiFi

My network setting says “Your thermostat has a problem and is unable to connect to wi-fi.” Have gone through all troubleshooting resets but nothing. I have two other thermostats which connect perfectly well so know it’s not my WiFi.

No it’s still unable to connect. Please could you advise how to get this fixed - there is no answer on the customer service line.
