I have had this Thermostat for almost 2 years now. It has NEVER worked for me. I have had the same problem when I installed it. It just runs the fan but does not cool my 2 bedroom condo. I JUST replaced my old AC unit and tried installing it again, and I am having the same exact issue. It has been at 79 degrees for an hour and a half. I can put my old thermostat back in and it cools just fine.

@ZakAnd , here is the problem. Your Nest Thermostat and the other thermostat work the exact same way. When a thermostat make a call for cooling, it internally connect R to Y and G. So, how about posting a picture of the wires as they are connected to each thermostat?

Thank you for your quick response. I was able to troubleshoot it with Google and they deemed the unit to be faulty
