Is my gas heater compatible with Nest?

I've got this Thermostat that I want to replace with Nest's one but I have no clue if it's compatible. Do you know if it's possible?

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. I'd like to know more about it. In what states are you located? Also, please provide the make and model of your heating system. If possible, please share the photo of the wires connected to your furnace.
