Nest Thermostat count down to cooling

Hello, I am checking to see if you can help me figure out why my thermostat is going into a count down before cooling and when it is cooling it only cools for maybe a minute. I have it set right now to 70 and it only cools to 98 before it goes back to count down. I haven't done anything different to my phone settngs.

To confirm, could you tell us more about the message you are seeing on your Nest Thermostat display? You might have been seeing a time for how long it would take before reaching the temperature. Normally, it always depends on how many degrees your target temperature differs from the current temperature. You can share a photo with us showing the message you're getting so we can tell you more about it.
