Connect your Nice account with the automation configured in your gateway to manage them through your Google Assistant. For additional configurations and settings use the MyNice app. Check this article to know more how to link your MyNice account to your Google Home.

Thx fór your help, sorry i didnt try it. I was bussy. You mentioned the My Nice app, this app Is in Google home, but i need connect app My Nice Welcome, which Is not on Google home. How i can Welcome app to Google home?

Hi 7agger77,

You can try the steps below to link your My Nice account to your Google Home just make sure your devices are connected to the same network.

1. Open the Google Home app.
2. At the top left, tap Add > Set up device > Works with Google.
3. Select the manufacturer of the device from the list.
4. Follow the in-app steps to complete linking.

Got it. Have you tried searching "My Nice' without welcome? Could you send us a screenshot of the Home Control section of your Google Home app when you search for the app? Also, what country are you located in?

Yes i tried to search My Nice, i found it, but my IT4WIFI Nice modul on sliding driveway gate support my Nice Welcome app. I am From Czech Republic. I dont know how to add pictures there. Thx.

Hey 7agger77,

Understood. If the app is not showing on the list of apps in your Google Home app, it's probably not supported. Also, Google Home or Google Nest devices are not officially supported in your country so not all features will work properly. 

You can contact your Nice Welcome devices manufacturer for additional details on what smart speaker is compatible with them. Let us know if you have other questions or concerns otherwise, we'll lock this thread after 24 hours.
