Call with voice command

I have just decided to begin using Google Assistant to make calls. But when I´m saying "Hi Google, call X", to my Samsung mobile, the number to X shows up on the screen but it stops there, the mobile doesn´t ring, I have to tap the call button  manually to make the call. What´s wrong?

I know how challenging it is when you're having issues with the Google Assistant. To confirm, how many phone numbers are saved on the list? If multiple phone numbers are assigned to one name - you will need to choose which number to call. Visit this link for more information on how to make calls on your Google Assistant device.
