Hey everyone,
I wanted to share an issue I've encountered while trying to migrate my Nest Aware account to my Google account. Recently, I attempted to log in, but when I clicked the "Forgot Password" button, I ran into a major hiccup: the system sent a verification code to an old phone number that’s no longer associated with my account.
This has left me stuck in a loop where I can't access the account to complete the migration. I’ve checked all my details to ensure nothing is amiss on my end, and it appears that the outdated phone number is the root of the problem.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue or found a workaround? Any advice or contact points for Nest support would be greatly appreciated.
