I can’t login to Nest and when I request a password reset nothing comes in. Checked spam and nothing there either.

Are you trying to log into the Google Nest app with a Nest Account or with a Google Account? Are you certain you're using the same account username and password you've previously been using? What happens? If you're CERTAIN you're using the correct account information, why would you request a password reset? Maybe it's a temporary server glitch and you could try again later.
