Constantly logged out bug

So there are a few threads regaring the constant being logged out of the Nest account. The only answer I have found is from a "Brad" saying there is a bug and there is no time line to when this will be resolved. Should I chose another system and exchange my 5 cams or is this being resolved?

So this started happening for me as soon as I migrated from Nest to Google home to control my thermostat.  Under Nest my page in Chrome for the thermostat (desktop PC W10) would stay live indefinitely.  Now I have to log back in after a few hours.  The other main thread on this topic looks to be locked so I'm not sure where I can see any progress toward resolution.

Hi there,

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I am sure it's frustrating to run into this issue, I know I would be just as bothered by it. I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. It is true, that this is somewhat of a known issue for those who may have started the migration process from Nest to Google Home. I would suggest that you just check your login information, verify and see who has access to your account just in case you are getting kicked out somehow.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Best Regards,

Brad.

Brad.  Thanks for the quick response!  If you could clarify about the login information please.  Am I looking for other users/devices in my house logged in simultaneously?

Yes, that is correct. It is possible if another user is using the system, it could be kicking you out every time they log in. Now this is obviously not the intention, but it could be worth looking into especially if one or more users share the same login information on different devices. This is generally an issue that is present in the Apps and Accounts forums, so I am going to go ahead and send this thread over there.

Best regards,

Brad.

I have 0 ETA of if/when there will be a solution to this bug. You are welcome in the end to manage your Nest Aware subscriptions how you wish. I am sorry that this is still an ongoing issue for you, and I wish I had a better answer than asking you to wait. All we can do is try out all troubleshooting steps and see if any of them resolve your issue until a solution comes to light.

Best regards,

Brad.

OK. The consumers should know that the Nest Aware service doesn't work as it should.

The feedback is recorded, but this does not mean that we have promise any form of ETA on a solution to the issue. Please do your best to troubleshoot on your own.

Is there any way to detach nest from the google account and just use nest as nest? Google starting to feel like Microsoft 👎🏼

I am afraid that's not an option. Once migrated to Google Home, you cannot migrate back. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Brad.
