I have Globe light bulbs throughout my secondary address. I got all brand new ones at the same time when I set this place up because of how wel they function in my primary address. Getting connectivity was a nightmare this time around, with the inabilty to connect to the Google Home app at all. After some back and fourth between Globe and my ISP, a connection somehow miraculously occurred and everything was fine until about two days ago. Now two bulbs, the ones that are used all the time show as offline in the Home app but are perfectly fine in the Globe app. I am hoping to not have to go through a complete factory reset of everything for what would be a fourth time. Any ideas, outside if resetting? They were working just days ago, there is no reason they should of stopped.
