Google Home App Crashes anytime I do anything

Every time i enter the app to view live/play back videos this stupid app crashes. Then I get a black screen with a loading logo and my phone freezes and I have to restart my entire phone. This is extremely frustrating and I wish I would have chose to purchase more Ring Cameras instead of Nest.
