Google Home App Notification problem

Hello

I have created some automations
e.g. : alert me when the Nest thermostat temperature is above 28 c
push notifications only arrive when I open the Google Nest app they fail to arrive when the app is closed

I have created other alerts but the same thing happens
the app has all permissions enabled to send notifications I cannot find the problem
my operating system is Android 13

Important: To receive notifications about your Nest Thermostat, you need to activate the Home and Away Assist, whether the Nest Thermostat reaches the desired temperature or any low temperature to notify you that it is set up as scheduled.
