Hello!
My Home/Away routine triggered by geofence stopped working since some weeks.
I reinstalled the app, gave all permissions (location alltime allowed, background service,...), removed the geofence function for my home and for my phone and re-enabled it, but nothing helped. In the log of the home app there is no "left/enter geofence" anymore... last one is some weeks ago.
I see in the app settings of my phone that the home app is using the location but not changing the "home/away" state.
That works for a year without any problem before.
I am using the "Home" app on my Xiaomi Mi11 and I have no other nest devices, so it should use only the geofence.
I have a electronic lock for my door from "nuki" and that is working with geofencing still well, so it should be a google home app specific problem.
What can I do? If I google my problem, I only find people with these kind of problems with nest devices.
My phone is a Xiaomi Mi11 with Android 12 and newest updates on it.
Thanks for help.

the last 2 versions of the home (v 2 50 1 7 and 8 ) app are broken. uninstall the current version and download one that starts with v 2.49 and finally disable and re-enable your presence sensing again.

And where can I get the previous version?
How can I lock it to the previous version, that it will not automatically update the app?
I installed the NEST app and I am using the NEST for the geofence now. Seems working, but still testing it as an workaround until google home fixed that.
