Google Home app on iphone won't ring even though it says it is

Have setup everything correctly.

When I ask our google home devices to find my phone, the iphone notification comes up on the phone (even with a ding) and says that it is ringing..  But it doesn't ring..

This is making sure that its not on silent etc etc.
Any other setting i'm missing. Have turned on all the notification settings for the home app in the IOS settings
