Google Thermostat sucks cause it doesn’t work properly

Google thermostats only connects to WIFI and don’t do NOTHING ELSE! I can’t even use the thermostat as a normal one because it NEVER stays at the temperature I set it. For example- set for 75 degrees before I go to bed. Wake up sweating but the thermostat is set at 77 and cut off in the middle of the night. I hate it this things. I rather have the old school than this. It sucks!

To effectively troubleshoot, please help me out by answering the following questions:

  • What model of thermostat do you have? If you’re unable to recognize it, refer to this article: How to tell which Nest thermostat you have.

  • When did the trouble first occur? 

  • Have you taken troubleshooting steps so far? If so, could you please tell me which?

Any additional details you can provide will be helpful.
