Google Wifi App

I have been living under a rock and had no idea the Google Wifi App is no longer in use. 
my network is set up on the mesh network with several pucks. I cannot even view the info on my app because it forces the update. 
1) I am not very technical and need some handholding here 

2) I am afraid to ruin my internet wifi service because I work from home and I cant afford to be out of commission. 
help please and kindergarten speak please.

(the wifi mesh obviously works great because I haven't touched it in a year)

Thanks for reaching out. To help you manage all of your connected products in one place, controls for Google WiFi and OnHub have moved from the Google Wifi app to the Google Home app. You could follow the steps from this link to help you migrate from the Google WiFi app to the Google Home app.
