Google account has been locked out this morning at 7 on Anthony’s iPhone 6

Hello! We are trying to log in on my iPhone 6 and it told me that your google account has been locked out and I tried to enter my password but I forgot it and then it told me to enter your recovery email and entered your recovery email and it tells me to create a password which is Gizmo2020! And entered it, what to do?

unlock your account 

1. enter your phone number 

2. click on next 

3. enter your recovery email address in 

4. click on next again 

3. Enter your new password which is Gizmo2020!Hey?

4. click on next again

All done unlocking your account
