I want to turn on notifications for my Google home app on my iPhone. I have cameras set up so I want to get a notification on my phone whenever there’s movement. When I go to my settings to find the Google home app so I can turn on notifications, the app isn’t there but I have it installed

If you are going to Settings | Notifications on your iPhone and Google Home is NOT listed, you could try deleting and reinstalling the Google Home app to see if that fixes the problem.  You do not lose any settings when doing so.
