Google home history

I purchased the ability to save history for 30 days on Google Home and it’s not working. I still only have it for 3 hours. How can I fix it?

Did you purchase your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your cameras are, using the same Google account you use to access your cameras? You can check the "home" by selecting your subscription on the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions). You can also check by connecting to your Google Nest "home/structure" in the Google Nest app or Google Home app and selecting Settings | Nest Aware.

If your subscription shows as active, you could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

@Joykor thanks for posting here in the community. I'm sorry to hear about your Nest Aware that didn't seem to work with your Nest devices. We would appreciate it if you could share with us the information that MplsCustomer is asking above. For us to know what went wrong and to give the steps needed.
