Here we go again

So **bleep**ing sick of this bull**bleep** every time you get **bleep** right you turn around you break it I'm **bleep**ing tired of it I have had enough bull**bleep** fix your **bleep** app... It took a good 6 months to get you to fix Google to respond to turn on either of my Vizio TVs AGAIN and it finally worked for a **bleep**ing month but now it stopped working again... Every 3 days Google says sorry I can't reach such and such light please try again and yet it turns it on or off explain that bull**bleep** how can something say it can't control it and yet it does control it... The lights in question are two different types of lights I have cynk by GE lights and I have merkury lights by geeni. All my lights used to work perfectly for three years without a single problem now they can't go three days without a **bleep** problem, every few days my routines stop working or are delayed by up to 5 minutes. I have my lights routine set to come on when it senses my phone presence and sometimes they don't come on until I'm already home for 10 minutes. Also I'm sitting at home right now and my phone shows me as away it doesn't show me as home... it's all in your goddamn presence sensing like I continually tell you every week but you don't listen to me...

And the whole thing about this is last week everything worked perfectly and now nothing works at all again for the 100th **bleep**ing time... Totally unacceptable and before you tell me to send in another form or make another phone call blah blah blah bull**bleep** I done all the above I have sent in videos I have had phone calls I have done emails I have had chat sessions you just can't keep your **bleep** running right

Absolutely ridiculous once again for the millionth time Google won't control a God **bleep** thing everything was working properly a week ago there was an update 6 days ago ever since that **bleep**ing update nothing has worked right again

I've said it before and I will say it again because it just happened this week Google goes through a cycle she repeats her problems right now OK Google is not working properly it's not triggering when you say those magic words, right now Google is giving a total bull**bleep** answer that doesn't match the question that was asked, my routine finally started working properly last week and they're already effed up less than a week later, the wrong device is answering again when I asked a question in my apartment I never ever had any of these problems for 3 years and now I can't get rid of them because Google sucks plaoin and simple end of story

Also this is a new phone I bought a new phone new service new everything hoping it might resolve some issues it hasn't so tell me again how it's my device

Although I feel your pain, there is no reason to go off the rocker lol. I agree Google Home is total and utter garbage as I experience issues day in and day out. Try out Amazon's home ecosystem. I switched a few days ago and couldn't be happier. My Google Home hardware is in a box in my closet getting ready for edisposal.
