Hi! I did see that someone posted this in December but it doesn't seem like there was a resolution for it that worked. My Google Home App works perfectly when I'm on WiFi and when the Doorbell rings/I get a camera notification I can see everything, but I've never been able to get it to work on LTE. When I get the notification on LTE and go to my Cameras, it states "Camera Offline". Does anyone know the fix to this one? Thanks so much in advance!

Hey luuisiana,
Thanks for reaching out. Could you tell us what type of Nest doorbell camera you have (battery operated or wired)? To stream your camera while not at home, go to https://goo.gle/2UZL8VI. Click here to learn more.
Hope this helps.

Hello luuisiana,
Sorry for the delays. To confirm, are you having the same issue when streaming the Nest camera on the Google Home website?

Hi luuisiana,
My apologies for the late response. To confirm, have you tried using a different phone? It is also possible that the network signal is not enough to stream the camera on the Google Home app.
Cheers,
