As far as I can tell, Nest Aware subscriptions are set up for automatic renewal. Ours is, so we have no option for renewal.

"Subscription renewals are billed to your saved payment method every month or year automatically. Renewal periods are based on the billing cycle you selected when you purchased your Nest Aware subscription." https://support.google.com/store/answer/9396337?hl=en

You can also check your Subscription Management page: https://support.google.com/store/answer/9396337?hl=en

Or select the Nest Aware option under Settings in the Google Nest app or Google Home app.
