Discover Google Assistant Actions for your supported devices.
Search for the brand of your smart bubs
When you visit an action search result, select READ MORE if provided, select LINK if provided, select Send To Device for each device and test action on your  supported mobile or Google Nest device.
 
If no resolve, contact brand of your smart bubs support about their action
