Is it possible for the app to show a different setting than the thermostat?

In the app I have the setting "cool to dry" set to ON to reduce excess humidity.

On the device it shows "Should your thermostat use additional cooling to reduce high indoor humidity"  NO

Are these the same?   I'm wondering if someone changed my device setting?

Sorry to hear about device miscommunication! That can be worrying and inconvenient. Let's see what's happening here.

Is there someone else in the home that also has access to change the thermostat? I'm reading that someone might have turned it off (purposefully or accidentally). Try toggling YES on your thermostat and let me know how it goes.
