It won’t let me turn on google home monitoring? I turn it on and it switches right back off? Why

I tried turning it on in app and on my google device. Unconnected the device from phone and reconnect. Still won’t let me monitor

Hello Kacie,

 

I'm sorry that you are having this issue. I'm sure its frustrating. I'm definitely here to help though. If possible, I'd love some more information. It seems like you are trying to turn on a specific setting, but I'm not sure exactly what you are referring to.

  • Would you be able to post a picture of the feature you are trying to use?
  • Also, which devices are you trying to use? Camera's? Nest Secure?
  • What mobile device are you using?
  • Finally, you are using the Google Home app correct?

Once I get some more clarification, I'll be able to help more. Let us know when you can.
