I've had Nest thermostats and cameras for a few years. Was having issues with my app so reloaded and I can't remember which email address is used or the password for the account. Now can't use any devices. Reloaded app but can't even connect devices as they are registered on my account that I can't access.
How can I recover my email address and password

My guess is that, without the email address there is nothing Google Nest can or will do. Do you have any old emails you've kept (for Nest Aware subscriptions or setup) that would show the email address?
Without having access to the previous email used, it can make chasing down account info quite difficult, but you might be able to get some mileage getting into contact with support directly to see if they can use your hardware info to find your account information. We called support and they suggested unplugging the cameras for 48 hours and plugging them back in and setting up again. The camera's are still attached to an unknown account that they nest app migrated them to. We are really stuck here with 3 new cameras setup with no access to.
Okay, a summary of what has been most recently recommended. Unplug the cameras again for a minimum of 48 hours, reset our Wi-Fi to a different name and a different password, and plug the cameras back in and they will think they are in a new location and we will try to link them to the nest app again and agree to migrate over to the Google platform with an email that we have created that is not part of g suite.
I do not have high hopes.
