My Nest lock doesn’t work with Google. I can’t no longer change my lock code for anyone.

Can’t change lock code on my Nest door lock. It keeps connecting with Google Account and there is no option to change my lock codes whatsoever. I need to change people as I don’t have them coming to my house no more and it is not possible! Very frustrating and very unsafe!

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that you are having this issue. This is definitely a situation we need to get resolved ASAP. 

To start out, I'd recommend reviewing this article about How to Set and Manage Passcodes for the Nest × Yale Lock.
