Hey there Daniel,

 

I'm sorry for my late response, thank you for being patient! Is the app still frozen for you? If so, I'd be happy to help you out, let me just ask you some questions first:

  • What device are you running the app on?
  • Is the app up-to-date?
  • Is the device up-to-date?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

For now, what I would recommend is that you force-close the application and re-open it, if you already haven't. Then, I would look at restarting your device and re-trying. Finally, if the issue persists, go ahead and uninstall and reinstall the Nest app.
