Need to cancel subscription but no longer have access to email I set up on

I have a subscription for Nest cameras that are no longer being used and I do not remember the password for the email account used to set up. I have been paying monthly for a very long time with no cameras even plugged in.

You could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below. It says it is to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
