Installed Nest App yesterday, then installed the Nest Learning thermostat from Costco, app worked fine for 2 or 3 hours, and then failed to log in/start up. Wifi is in good working condition. Thermostat seems working fine with manual adjustments, but not the app. Need advice on fixing this app issue. Thanks!

Sorry to hear that the Nest app is giving you troubles, I'm sure this may be confusing, but I'm happy to look into this for you.
Would you mind letting me know if you're still having issues with the Nest app?
Also, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
