Nest/Google Migration Login with google account

I am been trying for a year now and half now.I been trying to login to my nest account when y’all changed it from the nest app to the google migration with nest.I been having problems on some platforms and I canceled my cable because I wanted a seamless streaming experience with my nest cameras working and showing up on my chrome cast like it shows online that it can do it but it will not login.I done everything I could and still get the error invalid login I have the accounts linked under my google account and everytime I login it works on desktop and my iPhone and Android devices but will not work on any of my chromecast and it even works on my Apple TV because it has the opinion for the google login and would like to know are y’all working to fix this or is this going to stay stuck like this and no other way to enjoy the service of my live security cameras and  if y’all, are working on this migration problem fixes because it still try’s to login to the nest app and that still works but it won’t allow you to login without in your current google account like other services when you use or sign up for services on the chromecast I spent 4,000 dollars on all the Nest Iq cameras and equipment. I would like to know if are are going to be helping customers soon with a update or any information on something upon if y’all will be applying this update in the future or have to make another account and have to repay for nest yearly services because if that is the case I am just going to sell everything and go find other solutions because I want a new version of your new cameras coming out but I not jumping towards it until the option is fixed for people who are Google /Nest Subscribes I enjoy the service and yearly cost for all my cameras but need help or information on when and how this will be resolved for customers or release the google home app for customers to use the cameras and services that way would be easier for people who are logged in already to there google chromecast  because when my doorbell get rung it stops my chromecast tv content like it’s trying to show a video but just resumes my video after it pauses when my doorbell is runged and it acts like it’s working but doesn’t.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I can see the Nest to Google Home migration has been very frustrating for you, and I am terribly sorry that it wasn't smooth for you. I would love to look into this further for you, but I need some clarification in order to best assist you further.
  • Have you actually migrated from Nest App to Google Home app?
  • Do you have any access to your devices in either the Nest App or Google Home app?
  • Are you using the same Google account as you were before the migration?
  • What other steps have you taken to try and get access to your devices again?
  • What other troubleshooting steps have you taken in general?
Once I have more clarification to your issue, I can assist you further. I look forward to your response.

I am also having the sme problem. I can no longer access my devices due to the migration process. I followed all your migration prompts but cannot access my nest home setup. Please help me to regain access to my account

I am in the same situation. I now have to sign in to nest via the "sign in with google" option. But this option isn't available on all devices. Such as android tv's. Where you only have an option to login via the nest account only. But that login doesn't work anymore! I've tried to reset my nest password, it says it's sent an email to reset. But it doesn't send one! We are not the only people in this situation and it us massively frustrating. Please respond with a resolution to this issue. Thanks

Having the same issue.  Installed the Nest app on Chromecast with Google Tv and it appears that there is no way to sign in.  Upon opening the app, it states

"Smart Lock for Passwords"

"Signed in as xxxxxxx@gmail.com"

But it just sits on the sign in screen and there is no way to sign in via a Nest Username and Password.  Please provide support on this.

I’m experiencing similar issues, Installed Nest App on our new Android Smart TV, but it won’t let me login to my account. No options to change password or anything. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

I didnt find a solution. And ZERO response or assistance from Google. They clearly care not about us mere mortals
