Nest devices and phone security

I’ve had my GOOGLE accounts (email etc) hacked and can’t seem to regain control. Been happening for ages. Now I’m seeing apps/connected devices on my iPhones I do not recognise, didn’t install/connect, and didn’t authorise anyone else to.
I apologise if I’m posting to wrong place.  Very new to Google Home, very fatigued by hacking, feel like I’ve no control over my own devices ie regular notifications there’s a ‘….Hub’ connected to my Home App that I know nothing about and freaked out tbh to have actually found a  light globe I did not buy with BLe connectivity in one of my lamps. Someone please (gently) steer my in the right direction. I’m lost as to what’s happening; how and it’s implication for my already ravaged online security…..
