Nest devices not populating in the google home app post migration

I migrated my Nest to Google Home and the connected devices did not migrate with the account.

When I try to connect the devices, it says they are already connected to an account - my old account.

Both the Nest App and the Google Home app are connected to the Google account & I can't log in with my old  email.

Help!

That's odd.  (We migrated in 2020 and didn't have any issues.)

Are you certain that you are logging onto the Google Nest app and the Google Home app with the same Google Account that you migrated to?

Are your Google Nest app and Google Home app up-to-date? You could try deleting and reinstalling them.

I had to re-install each thermostat. Everything is working now
