Why you can’t I talk to a human I was helping my sister install the nest door bell installed it under my account to see why I couldn’t install it on her phone and nest charged my checking account $50. for what and who authorized it

No I had a nest camera maybe 3 years prior to this my problem is how they got into my checking account when I have only a credit card on my google account
