Nest x Yale Lock Pairing error T013 (4096)

I updated my WiFi network name and password, reconnected Nest Connect. And no matter how many times I reset, change batteries, I get this error—my Yale Lock will not connect to the nest connect (even tho it is in same place and was connected fine for a long time)

Thank you so much for posting in this community. I understand that you're unable to connect your Nest x Yale in the app for an error code T013 (4096). I'm happy to help you!.

  • What type of device do you have?
  • What’s the color of the LED status light?
  • How far is the device from the router?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the device you want to pair?
  • Have you already removed the Nest connect and Yale thought app?
