Impossible to logon to nest app on Apple TV. Works well on iPad and iPhone.

I'm sorry about the late response, I appreciate your patience! So, you are able to log onto the Nest apps on the iPad and iPhone, but not on the app on your Apple TV? Does it give you any errors? What happens when you enter your login information? Are you able to see if there are any updates for your Apple TV?
