New Google Home Ap user is being asked to migrate from Nest????

Wife just setup a google account (.gmail) and then I invited her to join Google Home (as a manager, same as myself) so that she can see and control the Nest Cam Batteries newly installed. 

After she down loaded the Google Home Ap & signed in, the Camera links are grey'd out and it's asking her to "Migrate Nest Account"

She's never had a Nest Account...how do I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay. If she used a Gmail address to sign in to your Nest Account, you might still need to migrate.
